These terms are not exhaustive and common sense does prevail.

1. as far as possible ensure that the applicant is eligible to work in the United Kingdom by obtaining two forms of identification, have a verbal interview and where possible have a one to one to establish exactly what is being sought, where and for when.
2. Only introduce applicants that we have spoken to and not to blind sell (send applicants we have never met!).
3. Charge a fee only after the applicant has been employed in any capacity by you his employer.
4. Charge a fee of only £600 per management position and £400 for any other position filled by an employee introduced by us.
5. We will not charge for any employee that is introduced in the future by an employee introduced by us as long as such an introduction has not taken place through direct contact with one of our members of staff or through access to our database. In other words if you, the employer, employ a person though our agency who then recommends someone to you who has not registered with us then no charge will be made. If the employee subsequently introduces a person who is registered with us then a charge the equivalent to 50% of the full charge will be made.
6. If an employee who has been introduced by us completes three months employment with you, his employer, whether the emplyment has been continuos or not then the fee shall become liable.
7. Once an employee has been employed for three months with an employer then no refund of fees can be made.
8. An employer is rqwuired to provide proof of employer's liability insurance. failure to provide this or an up to date copy will result in the termination of this contract.
9. Where an employer wishes us to no longer act on their behalf they may terminate this notice immediately unless there is money owing to us. Where there is money owing to us and the emplyer wishes to terminate this contract then whilst the applicant seeking will cease and no further prospects will be put forward, the money owing will still have to be paid within the three month time scale. Where money is not received then legal action will be taken to recover payment.
