Our Recruitment Policy:
Applicants:

It is our policy to welcome applications from all sexes, religious backgrounds, ethnic minorities, disabled persons but you must be over the age of 16 years upon application.

All applicants will be referenced by ourselves in order that we can ascertain their eligibility for employment in this country. You will be asked for Identification and this will be in the form of photographic, i.e. passport and address i.e. a utility bill with your name and address present. Failure to provide these upon request will mean that your application for employment will be terminated.

We always endeavour to pass on constructive critcism to applicants where they have not been successful in obtaining employment. With our vast experience we also inform candidates about their interviewing technique and we will test them on their knowledge of the lettings industry where applicable. This helps to ensure that we not only get the right personality for the job but one that also has the required level of experience.

Employers:

We accept vacancies from those employers that have accepted our terms of business. All employers have an equal opportunities policy. Our applicants as you may have read will undergo stringent tests to ensure their suitability not only for employment in the lettings industry but also in the United Kingdom.

No fee is payable until a three month period of employment has passed whether this be probationary or full time. We find this gives both the employer and the employee time to determine their suitability for the position for which they have been chosen.

All employers are expected to provide evidence of employers liability insurance as well as a strict Health and Safety policy as we will only send potential employees to those companies who can prove that they have the welfare of their staff high on their list of priorities.

Our recruitment service is internet based and as such offers internet rates. Our fee for finding any member of staff below assistant manager level is £400 and for assistant manager or above is £600. Fees are payable after an initial three month period.
