Whether you want to use an agent or not we are here to help you. For just £9.99 a month (payable monthly so you only use us when you want to) we will be on hand to assist you. We can let your property for you (London, Hampshire and Surrey) or we can help you let your property. All the documents and advice you need are available at no extra cost (no ridiculous administration fees or tenancy agreement fees).

You do not have to pay through the nose for your tenancy agreement. We have all the documents you need: agreements, references, notices and lots, lots more. Free for members, excellent rates for non members.

Need a contractor? We are currently compiling a list of contractors who have proved to be reliable. Domestic energy assessors, inventory clerks, Gas Safe engineers, painters, decorators, carpenters, odd job men, man with a van and more besides. If you know of someone just recommend them to us by dropping an email to our staff who will then contact them for permission to list their details.
