Universalhomes.co.uk was set up some 6 years ago as a portal for landlords who either wanted to rent out their property privately but safely and legally or for landlords who wanted to use an agency but did not know how to go about finding a reputable one.
From that point 6 years ago we found that more and more tenants were interested in our services as well. They wanted to be sure that they were being treated fairly and not being taken advantage of. Naturally we are only too happy to help. We feel that it is vitally important in the lettings market today that we help get rid of rogue landlords and rip off agents. Although the laws have changed it seems that there are always those who want to take advantage of others.
All our staff have been in the lettings industry for many years and some still are, offering advice and comment on a part time basis. We strive to constantly improve the image of the industry, ensure that landlords know what they are doing and protect tenants from being ripped off. It is important to note that we deal with landlords and tenants alike and we are only too happy to provide advice and direction. Please do note however that our members do come first.
